David Slade about 'The Twilight Sage: Eclipse' trailer.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse - Summit Ent.
Yesterday, we discussed the possibility of the first teaser trailer for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse being shown at the Academy Awards ceremony in March. One commentator suggested that it'd probably be released in conjunction with Robert Pattinson's Remember Me (also a Summit Entertainment picture).
Discuss though we might, the film's director (David Slade) has answered what is apparently a rather popular question by stating that he does not know when the first teaser trailer for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse will surface (via Twitter).
Overwhelming question I see again and again - When is the first trailer for Eclipse? I really don't know I am afraid.
I know they are working very hard on it. But I don't have any idea when it will be out.

At any rate, you also might be seeing a lot of "first of" headlines surrounding the first The Twilight Saga: Eclipse still frame image.
To answer a few of your questions, yes this picture did first make an appearance in the pre-The Twilight Saga: New Moon special edition of People Magazine.
It's been floating around for quite some time.
What is (sort of) new is the synopsis issued for the film:

Thanks to TwilightPoison for translating an interview with Robert Pattinson which was recently published in Spanish magazineFotogramas. Most of the questions have already been answered before, but fans should still enjoy reading this interview as Rob talks about New Moon, career and love. You can read the full translated interview below.

What scene in New Moon left a nice memory to you?
Probably the Volterra scene, where I have to step into the light. There were many extras and many fans there. Some fans travelled across the world to be there.
Why was it so important?
I felt a huge sense of responsability, being in front of so many that are so obsessed with this story. It was nerve wrecking, but I never felt closer to the character before this.
What about the scene where your character leaves Bella?
It was strange, but the fans helped.To them, Bella and Edward’s relationship is ideal. You can feel the weight of the pressure.
Is there anything you have in common with Edward?
I guess. Sometimes I can be very dumb too. And I’m very possessive and obsessive like him.
What are you obsessed about?
Um…
Your privacy?
In a way, yes (laughs). How am I obsessive? I guess I have very specific ideas as how I want my job to be, and how I want to be seen. I don’t pay attention to anyone, and I don’t have a publicist for that reason. I can’t stand the idea of someone telling me what to do. I’m very meticulous, and I want to be able to control everything on my own.
Have you gotten used to the Twilight phenomenon yet?
I’m still struggling, but I’m also more calm now. Filming is now scary, because I love the people I work with and I rarely have a problem with the script.
Do you like that your fans want to know more about you?
I think the best way to do that is through my work. Interviews are a risky thing because nobody is that interesting. But it’s also the fact that I still don’t know who I am. I don’t want to be just a character in society.
What’s the weirdest experience you’ve had with a fan?
There’s so many to tell, though now there’s fewer experiences because we have security now. One day a 90 year old woman came up to me, and it’s funny because she said the same things that 12 year olds say to me (laughs),
Has your life style changed a lot? How do you feel when you finally have the chance to leave the studio and live real life?
That is the problem. I never leave the set. Since January 14th I’ve been to thre different movie sets. I only had 3 days off. I can’t really say if my life has changed that much because I’m still inside a studio, and I will be next year too. But I feel like I’m the same person. Don’t know if that’s a good thing.

And have you felt any changes in your career since Twilight?
I don’t know yet. I did a new movie that comes out next year (RM) and I’ve been offered jobs that used to only dream about. But it’s scary. I don’t have to audition anymore, but I don’t want to be in movies just for the sake of it.
Is it really scary?
Yes. You always wonder if you’ll be part of a super production, because without a movie like this, you won’t find a the jobs that you’re looking for. And then after making a movie like that, that has a very specific audience, people want to tell you how to reach the audience from then on. Thanks to that, there’s a lot of limitations. When nobody watches your movies, you have the luxury of doing whatever you want. There’s pros and cons in both sides of the situation.
Are you afraid that the success you have now thanks to Twilight will fade one day?
I’m working so much that it’s like I’m living in an alternate reality. The shooting schedules are so long that I feel like I’m a doctor. And the doctors I talk to about this say the same thing. It’s like you don’t know what’s going on outside of work because it keeps you away from your family and friends.
Love is the main subject in this movie. How do you not fall in love as much as you do in film?
Easy. I have to remind myself I get paid to do this (laughs). And with that, there’s plenty of other connotations. That’s one of the main differences.
Are you a very romantic person?
When I saw the movie Titanic I didn’t think it was a movie just for women. The only romantic thing I ever did was hide flowers for a girl, she thought it was anither guy and he didn’t correct her, so that didn’t turn out very good for me (he can’t stop laughing now).
Have you ever had your heart broken like Bella?
(he takes his time) I’m trying to think of a stupid response, but no (laughs). I can’t think of anything. No, I haven’t had my heart broken.

Robsten in 2009

2009's Most Squee-Worthy Robsten Moments

As I was looking through my Robsten album, I was reminded of what an epic year it was for Rob and Kristen professionally and personally. And for Robsten shippers, we moved beyond our 't-shirt sharing' theories and were rewarded with kick-ass, leaves-no-doubt Robsten Love evidence. So, what was your favorite Robsten moment of 2009? Here are some of ours:

Tokyo Glow - I think we can all agree that SOMETHING was going on in Tokyo! Just look at the sex glow!

Getting close at the Sam Bradley concert - Spunk and I like to think this was their first 'unofficial' date as a couple. They certainly were looking VERY FRIENDLY!

Italy Kiss - I remember the internet crashing this day because of Rob's shirtless pics and these romantic Edward & Bella kiss pics. Yes, yes Nonstens, they were filming; but this little playful moment caught after the cameras stopped rolling is priceless!

MTVMA's Almost Kiss - Will they or won't they? We all KNEW they were gonna win best kiss, but remember sitting on the edge of your seat as Rob and Kristen inched closer and closer to each other? I thought my television would burst into flames!

Charlie Hotel - Yes, they are pap pics and yes, it was a private moment; but Nonstens all over the world couldn't deny there was SOMETHING up when these pics were released (although they did anyway) the day after the MTVMA's.

Comic Con 2009 - After months apart filming, a tabloid breakup,a tabloid makeup, and a tabloid pregnancy: we were DYING for a Robsten reunion. And even though cock-blocking Suckmit seated Taylor between them, we still got a few stolen moments of eye sex and note passing.

Teen Choice Awards Week - Robsten is reunited and everday we were squeeeing over pap pics of Robsten having lunch, Rob leaving Kristen's house in a Porsche and Kristen sneaking in and out of Rob's hotel (for a little in and out I'm sure)! Topping off the awards show, Rob and Kristen leave together in their SUV!

Snuggling at KOL concert - These Robsten pics almost brought the forum down!

VF outtake kiss - After months of conspiracy theories, Robstens prevailed when this photo wasFINALLY released from the Vanity Fair outtake files!

Harper's Bazaar Photoshoot - An unofficial confirmation of the existence of Robsten. Just beautiful!

New Moon Press Tour - While they weren't discussing their relationship, we all caught a peek inside the Robsten bubble in every city during the New Moon promo tour. These little stolen moments just make me giddy! Plus the HANDHOLDING PICS FROM PARIS.
